Handmade fans are created individually during your appointment using lightweight lash extensions. This allows me to customise the width, weight and fullness of each fan to suit your natural lashes and desired look.

Every set at Frenchie Lashes is fully customised to your eye shape, face shape, natural lashes and personal style. I do not use the same lash map on every client.

Choosing a lash set can be confusing, especially when it is your first appointment. Think about whether you prefer something natural, wispy, full or dramatic.

Lash extensions usually last between two and four weeks before needing a refill. Your retention will depend on your natural lash cycle, skincare routine, aftercare and lifestyle.

To keep your lashes looking full, most clients book refills every two to three weeks.

Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, mascara, eyeliner or oily products around the eye area. Avoid curling your natural lashes before your appointment.

You are welcome to bring inspiration photos, but your final set will always be adjusted to suit your natural lashes and features.

Lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes when they are applied correctly and cared for properly. Each set is created using suitable lengths and weights to avoid placing unnecessary pressure on your natural lashes.

Avoid pulling, picking or removing the extensions yourself, as this can cause damage. Professional removal is always recommended.

Full sets generally take around two to three hours, depending on the style and fullness you choose. Refill appointments are usually shorter. Please allow enough time so your appointment does not need to be rushed.

You should avoid excessive water, steam, sweating and heat around your lashes for the first 24 hours. After this, you can shower and wash your lashes normally. Keeping them clean can actually help improve your retention.

After-hours appointments, including Sundays, may be available for an additional $30 fee.

I aim to respond to messages within 24 hours. As I am often busy with clients and may be unable to answer phone calls, texting is the best way to contact me. I will respond during my breaks whenever possible.

Frenchie Lashes operates from a home studio, so other people may be present elsewhere in the home. However, your lash appointment will take place privately in the lash room.

The face of the Frenchie Lashes brand is my French Bulldog, Tofu, so please be aware that dogs will be present in the home.
